Step 1:
Unplug air line and loosen 4 easy grip knobs
(15 seconds)

Step 2:
Slide pump away from manifold
(5 seconds)
|
|

Step 3:
Remove pump from area and place aside for
maintenance
(10 seconds)
|
|
 |
Notice
ink lines still intact resulting in a clean
exchange
|

Step 4:
Retrieve spare pump from assigned storage near
machine
(10 seconds)
|
|
 |
Step 5:
Slide spare pump onto guides
(5 seconds)
|
|
 |
Step 6:
Tighten 4 easy grip knobs and replace air line
(10 seconds)
|

returned to Running Position
